4. Acceptable Use Policy

This license ends when you delete your content or your account.

Our Content

The tailor²job name, logo, website design, templates, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

AI-Generated Content

Content suggestions generated by our AI are provided for your use in your resumes. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of all AI-generated content before using it in your job applications.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party services including Supabase (for authentication and data storage) and OpenAI (for AI text generation). Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

7. Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Results

tailor²job is a tool to assist in resume creation. We do NOT guarantee:

That you will receive job interviews or offers
That AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation
That tailored resumes will pass any specific applicant tracking system (ATS)
The accuracy of job matching, keyword analysis, or any other recommendations

"As Is" Service

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI Limitations

Our AI-powered features may produce errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before using it in your applications. AI suggestions should not be blindly accepted and may require editing.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

No Liability for Damages

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Maximum Liability

9. Indemnification

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the dashboard or by contacting us at tailortojob@gmail.com.

Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
Misuse our Services

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period. Provisions that should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where tailor²job is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution
